AAU Delegates visit “Louvre Abu Dhabi”

A Delegation from Al Ain University visited “Louvre Abu Dhabi” museum, headed by Dr. Noor El Deen Atatreh, AAU Chancellor, and accompanied with Dr. Amer Qasem, AAU Vice President, academic and administrative staffs and AAU Students.

The delegation toured the museum, which is unique in style, explaining the human history through collections rich in antiques and contemporary art.

Dr. Atatreh commented, “Through our tour at “Louvre Abu Dhabi” we saw the cultural vision of our wise leadership which is based on sustainable culture including museums and its treasures, arts, creations, and human achievements, reflect the cultural dimension of the cultures of nations, and we provide our special thanks to the management of the Louvre Abu Dhabi Museum and all its employees for their special reception”. Furthermore, the delegation expressed their pleasure in visiting the museum, which reflects the UAE's pioneering cultural status, which are based on the values of tolerance, peace, goodness and giving.

It is worth to mention that, Louvre Abu Dhabi is the first international museum in the Arab world, built to the highest standards to serve as a model for sustainable construction, allowing visitors to access the world's civilizations and cultures.
