Celebrating Years of Dedication at Al Ain University

Al Ain University, through its Human Resources Unit, organized the Service Recognition Ceremony 2025 to honor employees who have completed 5, 10, and 15 years of service. The celebration reflected the university’s gratitude for their dedication and highlighted the vital role they play in supporting its academic and administrative excellence.
During the event, Prof. Ghaleb El Refae, President of the University, expressed his appreciation to the honorees, noting that the university’s progress in academic, research, and administrative fields is the result of their continuous commitment and teamwork. He emphasized that their pursuit of excellence mirrors the university’s mission and core values.
Mrs. Sidra Shaheen, HR Manager, also addressed the gathering, expressing pride in celebrating long-serving employees and affirming that human capital is the university’s true asset. She highlighted that recognizing staff who have dedicated many years of service reflects Al Ain University’s culture of appreciation and its commitment to supporting career growth and a sense of belonging.
The ceremony included highlights of career milestones and achievements of the honorees, followed by the distribution of commemorative plaques by the University President and HR Manager.
