Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign in Al Ain University

The Student Affairs Deanship at Al-Ain University of Science and Technology in Abu Dhabi and in Al Ain organized a breast cancer awareness event to coincide with world day for breast cancer. Many university students participated by conducting various activities and events to raise awareness about breast cancer. The campaign was organized under the slogan "Wear Pink and Share" as well as under the slogan "Check! I always do!" in cooperation with a group of hospitals.
The events included tests of blood pressure and body mass index of students, work of consultation, medical advice and guidance on how that breast self-examination and early detection is the best protection, as was the distribution of a set of educational materials and gifts for students participating in the event.
