Diabetes Awareness Lecture at Al Ain University

The Student Affairs Deanship at Al-Ain University of Science and Technology, based in Abu Dhabi, and in cooperation with ADNOC Department of Medical Services, organized asession for free medical examinations and as lecture on diabetes as how to prevent it, presented by Dr Taha Al Hasan. It was in the presence of members of some academic and administrative bodies, students and number of students.
Dr Al Hasan gave a detailed lecture about the types of diabetes and its causes, the stages, risks and how to deal with this disease and methods of treatment. He also explained the importance of exercise and a change of lifestyle and habit of eating healthy food and multiple ways to prevent the disease by avoiding bad dietary habits.
