A Filed Visit to Mediclinic

The College of Pharmacy at Al Ain University (Abu Dhabi campus) organized a field visit to Mediclinic for faculty members and students from the College of Pharmacy.
The visit included a tour around the hospital departments, and a presentation about the dietitian roles in the hospital, where the students got some experience in food service management in hospitals, and got the chance to know more about the different catering practices, such as food receiving, storage, preparation and serving in the hospitals.
The college pays special attention to field visits for students because it contributes to the students' exposure to some practical aspects, and to learn how to apply the constitutional and legislative texts in practice.
