The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al Ain University (Abu Dhabi campus) organized a workshop titled "Towards Creative Horizons" centered on 3D printing. Dr. Nuha Hamada, Deputy Dean of the Deanship of Student Affairs, delivered the session to foster students' skills, amplify creativity, and acquaint them with innovative tools.
Several students keen on technology and innovation attended the workshop, where they engaged in an enlightening discourse on the fundamentals and applications of 3D printing across various domains like medicine, engineering, and the arts.
Practical demonstrations featuring 3D printing machines captivated attendees, piquing their interest and deepening their comprehension of the technology and its multifaceted uses. Participants also seized the opportunity for hands-on experience in product design using Tinkercad software.
