Community Engagement
In support of AAU’s commitment to community engagement and social responsibility, the Human Resources Unit promotes talent development, knowledge sharing, and community partnerships. The Unit provides internship opportunities, professional guidance, and practical HR exposure to support career readiness. It also facilitates knowledge exchange with other organizations and promotes awareness of UAE labour legislation, employment rights, and workplace responsibilities.
