Goals and Objectives

In alignment with AAU’s strategic goals, the Human Resources Unit pursues the following goals and objectives:

To position AAU as an “Employer of Choice” through strategic employer branding, talent attraction, and the delivery of high-quality, employee-centered HR services.
To cultivate a culture of trust, inclusion, employee well-being, and engagement that empowers employees to perform effectively and contribute to AAU and the wider community.
To strengthen employee retention, commitment, and performance through career development, continuous learning, recognition, and internal mobility opportunities.
To ensure compliance with applicable UAE legislation and MOHRE requirements while promoting ethical, equitable, and transparent employment practices and positive workplace relations.
